Key Responsibilities Maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications. Create, edit, and manage content for internal communication, newsletters, website, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral. Manage impactful communication for internal and external stakeholders. Manage special projects focused on empowering rural communities and artisans through skilling. About Company: Retailers Association's Skill Council of India (RASCI) is a skill council for retail & its sub-sectors, i.e., brick & mortar (modern & traditional trade), FMCG/FMCD distribution, e-commerce, and direct selling & entrepreneurship. We are a section 8, not for profit organization, set up and funded by the GOI and equity participation from industry partners, i.e. Retailer's Association of India, Reliance Retail Ltd., Future Retail India Ltd., Shoppers Stop Ltd., Globus Stores (P) Ltd., Trent Ltd., Infiniti Retail Ltd., and Connaught Plaza Restaurant (P) Ltd., to function as an apex skill development, standard-setting and government recognized certification body for vocational training/education/courses in India.
