Description

The TPA Executive manages cashless insurance processes, coordinates with insurance companies, and ensures smooth patient admission and discharge under TPA policies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient insurance documentation and approvals for cashless treatment
  • Liaise with TPAs/insurance providers for timely authorization and settlement
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and patient billing
  • Assist patients and families in understanding insurance coverage and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance guidelines

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of health insurance and TPA processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Experience in hospital billing/insurance preferred
