Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in the installation and commissioning of a wide range of AV solutions at client sites. - Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and architectural plans to ensure accurate installation. - Perform system configuration to guarantee optimal performance of all installed equipment. - Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve service-related queries efficiently and effectively. - Provide clear, professional, and prompt technical support to clients via phone and email. - Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other technical staff to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met. - Maintain meticulous records of work performed, equipment used, and client communication. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AV technology and industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual systems. - Strong technical aptitude for a variety of AV equipment, including video displays, control systems, audio processors, and video conferencing hardware. - Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients. - Exceptional email communication skills to handle technical inquiries and provide professional updates. - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently. - Strong customer-service orientation and a professional demeanor. - Relevant industry certifications are a plus. - Ability to travel to client sites as required.,
