Executive Assistant to the CEO

As a Personal Assistant to Senior Management at Areion Assets Management Pvt Ltd, your role will involve providing comprehensive support to the Senior Management. You will be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Your duties will also include liaising with the Director, coordinating meetings, maintaining filing systems, and providing general administrative support. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and events, supply comprehensive information, and perform basic library and internet searches. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements - Liaise with the Director, update work plans, and monitor commitments and deadlines - Coordinate meetings, including Strategic Management Group, Board, and Board sub-committee meetings - Maintain filing systems, mailing lists, and contacts database - Provide general administrative duties, including word processing and document preparation - Participate in team meetings and events - Supply comprehensive information and perform basic library and internet searches Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline - 5+ years of experience - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Join Areion Assets Management Pvt Ltd as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management and contribute to the success of the organization.,
