Job Description

Executive Support & Administration Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the senior leadership team. Excellent communication with skills for drafting mails and related communication Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives. Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Travel Desk Management Plan and manage all corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa processing. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines. Maintain and update travel records, itineraries, and expense reports. Coordinate emergency travel changes and last-minute bookings as needed. Negotiate with vendors and travel agencies for cost-effective and efficient travel solutions. Meeting & Event Coordination Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events. Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and presentation materials. Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items. Maintain records, databases, and documentation for travel and administrative functions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
