Executive Assistant to GM

The position at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is for someone who can greet individuals entering the office, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and guide them to their destination. You will be responsible for opening, reading, and composing responses to standard letters, as well as attaching relevant files to incoming correspondence that requires replies. Additionally, you will be tasked with taking and distributing meeting minutes, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining filing systems for various records and documents. Your role will involve transmitting information or documents via computer, mail, or facsimile machine, preparing letters, memos, and other documents using various software, and inputting and extracting information from computer databases to update records and respond to guest inquiries. Operating office equipment such as telephones, typewriters, fax machines, and photocopiers will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to document and convey all guest requests and complaints to the appropriate staff members. It is crucial to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, safeguard proprietary information, and uphold company assets. Building and nurturing positive relationships with colleagues, collaborating to achieve common objectives, and effectively addressing the concerns of other employees are essential aspects of this role. You must communicate clearly and professionally, answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette, welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine gratitude to guests.
