Role: Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO/Founder

Location: Noida (5 days WFO)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder in managing daily operations, priorities, and communication in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling for the CEO
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action items
• Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an EA to senior leadership
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred:

• Startup experience
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
