JOB Description: Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements. Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Administrative Support: Performing a wide range of administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and memos. Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Project Management: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed. Information Management: Maintaining and organizing files, databases, and other information systems. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
