About The Role

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO. You'll play a key role in keeping them focused on high-impact work by managing schedules, streamlining communication, and ensuring flawless execution across priorities.This role is ideal for a career EA who thrives on structure, foresight, and efficiency, and brings maturity, discretion, and calm to a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

Own calendar management - plan and prioritize meetings to align leadership time with strategic priorities.
Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and ensure every meeting is purposeful and well-run.
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and manage correspondence with clarity and polish.
Handle travel (domestic), logistics, and expense processes smoothly and on time.
Track follow-ups and action items to ensure closure and accountability.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Role Requirements

35 years of experience supporting senior leaders or founders.
Strong organisational, scheduling, and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High degree of discretion, judgment, and reliability.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling tools.
Calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure.
