Job Description

You will be the perfect fit for the role of Executive Assistant & Operations professional in our team based in Bhopal. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the management with daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, preparation of reports, emails, and presentations, coordination with various departments and vendors, managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, maintaining documentation, and handling other administrative duties as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation degree in any stream along with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Executive. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ability to multitask, and efficient prioritization of tasks are essential requirements for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with working days from Monday to Saturday. The working hours are during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person in Bhopal with a salary of up to 3 LPA. As part of the benefits package, Provident Fund will be provided.
