Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide the best quote within the SLA, including relevant data such as CAD drawings, structural calculations, technical details, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximise Conversion of quotes to Orders
  • Understanding Market scenarios of different territories and strive for increase in conversion.
  • Coordination with various stakeholders
  • Understanding/Making Project costing for Quote purpose as per Project specific requirements and how each parameters affect overall costing
  • Providing Project specific Value Engineering (VE) Options to customers
  • Suggesting & implementing new VE options in consultation with Design Teams
  • Attending internal customer meetings along with Sales team and explaining technical details/ value engineering options to the customer.
  • Clear Communication with Internal/External Teams
  • Coordinate with Internal/External Teams so as to give best possible solution to customer to maximize conversions of Project Quotes to Orders
  • Meet 100% SLAs of Department
  • Enhance Productivity of Preparation of quotes and continuously enhance quality of quotes
  • Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings with Internal stakeholders and Customers, whenever required
  • Prioritize of work based on Stakeholders/Customers Requirements
  • Maintain high level of integrity and trust in all interactions and tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate Work/events such as Team Meeting various stakeholders

Preferred skills:

  • Communication Tools:

    Expertise in managing and prioritizing emails. Proficiency in Zoom, MS Team, Google Meet, and other video conferencing tools.
  • Communication Skills:

    Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management:

    Skilled in prioritizing tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Adaptability:

    Being adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic environments.

  • Number & quality of value engineering options.
  • TAT compliance of Project quotes.
  • Conversion from quote to order.
  • Accuracy and clarity of documents prepared.
  • Clarity on Business acumen and strategizing it along with departmental goals.
  • Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on interactions with EA.
  • Effective use of technology tools to streamline tasks and processes.
  • Improvement in key skills over time.
