Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in a reputed Merchant Banking & IPO firm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to handling administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Travel and event arrangement when required
• Maintain and organize executive files and records

Candidate Requirements:

• Only Female candidates may apply
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
