Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Female Executive Assistant for a reputed Confectionery & Chocolate Manufacturing company located in Balaji Udyog Nagar, Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient operations of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation.
• Handle communication and follow-ups on behalf of executives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
• Perform other office duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per company requirement)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
