Executive Assistant Cum MIS

Location: Indore
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Joining: Immediate / As per notice period

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
• Manage calendar, meetings, travel plans, and correspondence efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain various MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Analyze data to provide insights and assist in strategic decision-making.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Support in organizing internal and external meetings, reviews, and events.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Dashboarding, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable personality with a professional approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidates preferred due to job profile requirements.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in EA + MIS roles will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
