* Timely follow-up for orders with existing customers
* Payment follow-up with customer
* Customer support for sales related activities/Timely response to customers about their request related to sales/regulatory or statutory information.
* Preparing proforma invoice if required
* Achieving corporate sales goals by increasing revenue from existing clients and winning new clients
* Fulfill the customer requirement across the functional area.
* Extending the strong support & co-ordination with Manager/Sr. Manager
* Any other responsibilities as and hen delegated by Manager/Sr. Manager
