• Client Name: Preferred CDMO Partner for Ophthalmic & Derma products for global markets.

• Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive - Accounts & Taxation (GST)

• Department: Accounting & Finance

• Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

• Ensure accurate & timely filing of monthly / quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues to avoid interest & penalties.
• Reconciliation purchase / Sales register with GSTR 2B & 2A.
• Handle GST internal audit / Annual return.
• Assist in GST audit & annual return preparation.
• Handle GST refund, reconciliation, & assessment matters.
• TDS compliances.
• Keep abreast of amendments in GST laws, circulars, and export-related notifications.
• Support in Tax Audit preparation, submission & documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of financial audits & ensure all required documentation is available for auditors.
• Any other duties as per organizational requirements.
• Keep updated on changes in GST law, notifications, & amendments.
• Participate in process improvements and automation of tax-related workflows.
• Support implementation of tax optimization strategies within legal framework

Desired Profile:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 5 to 9 years of experience in taxation in manufacturing company preferably from Pharmaceuticals.
• Semi-qualified CA / CMA would be preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of Direct / Indirect Tax Laws, EXIM activities.
• Updated knowledge of Tax Laws, EXIM activities applicable to Export Oriented Units.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting systems.
• Candidates preferred from pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
• Preference would be given to Male candidates only.
• Strong skills in Excel and tax reconciliation tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
• All round of interviews will be F2F.
