Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Accounts, you will be responsible for creating and managing project budgets, processing invoices, evaluating financial progress, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in the construction industry. Your role will also involve preparing financial reports, analyzing financial information, and providing technical support and advice on management. Additionally, you will be required to participate in financial standards setting, support audits, and assist in month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and managing project budgets - Processing invoices and tracking project expenses - Evaluating financial progress and projections in collaboration with project managers - Performing cost analyses and preparing financial reports - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations in the construction industry - Documenting financial transactions by entering account information - Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options - Summarizing current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports - Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents - Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures - Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions - Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information - Securing financial information by completing database backups - Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions - Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results - Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status - Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures - Participating in financial standards setting and forecast process - Providing input into department's goal-setting process - Preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule - Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance - Supporting month-end and year-end close process Qualification Required: - Minimum of 10 to 14 years of experience in the Construction Industry - Any Graduation degree (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
