Role Overview:

• We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee the entire engineering organization.
• This individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership, people leadership, and driving technical excellence across product development and project execution.
• The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and inclusivity.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML trends relevant to healthcare.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and solutions across multiple projects.
• Establish robust engineering processes, governance, and best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Build succession plans, career development frameworks, and talent retention strategies.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align engineering priorities with client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
• Oversee architecture decisions and technology roadmaps for Java, Python, MySQL, AWS, and modern frameworks.
• Champion AI/ML integration into products and solutions to enhance healthcare data processing and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years in IT, with at least 8+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering organizations and delivering complex products.
• Strong proficiency in

  Java, Python, MySQL, AWS.

• Familiarity with

  AI/ML technologies

  , frameworks, and their application in real-world solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong focus on culture building, accountability, and innovation.
• Experience in US Healthcare or related regulated industries is highly desirable.
