Job Title: Exchange FSC (Field Sales Consultant – Exchange)

Role Objective:

The Exchange FSC will be responsible for generating exchange car leads, evaluating used vehicles, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth exchange transactions to support new car sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate exchange leads through field activities, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Conduct physical inspection and evaluation of used vehicles as per company process.
• Coordinate with new car sales consultants for exchange deals.
• Negotiate prices with customers to close exchange transactions profitably.
• Ensure proper documentation and RC transfer process.
• Maintain accurate exchange stock and valuation records.
• Follow OEM and dealership exchange policies and SOPs.
• Achieve assigned exchange conversion targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the exchange journey.
• Coordinate with used car team / vendors for vehicle liquidation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of used car valuation and market pricing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in field sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of RTO documentation and RC transfer process.
• Familiarity with DMS / CRM systems is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in exchange / used car sales.
• Graduate / 12th pass (preferred).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
