Job Description

TCS is hiring for Exchange Admin

Experience: 6-15 Years

Location: Hyderabad

What we are looking:

Needs to have worked as Exchange On-premises admin and executed/worked on admin related tasks/issues.

Should have worked as ADMIN on at least one of the Exchange Server versions (2010,2013,2016 or 2019)

Should have good working knowledge on Exchange Online related issues

Hands-on as Exchange Online admin

Should possess positive attitude and ready to learn new (3rd party services) technologies.

Hands-on with SMTP related issues.

Ability to handle outlook and teams related incidents and service requests

Should be able to handle P1/P2 escalation calls when a service is down.

Good understanding on Azure AD

Should be able to handle day-to-day PowerShell scripts
