- . Execute M365 migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless coexistence and minimal business disruption.

- . Maintain system and service availability as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- . Perform system tuning, optimization, and health monitoring activities.
- . Respond promptly to incident tickets, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely status updates.
- . Manage and execute service requests and change records following established ITIL processes.
- . Provide on-call support as scheduled for business-critical systems.

- . Implement and enforce governance, compliance, and security standards across Microsoft 365 services.
- . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support collaborative projects and service improvements.
- . Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and configuration records.

- . Utilize ServiceNow and other ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem management.
- . Work within established Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management frameworks.
- . Participate in project coordination, contributing technical expertise and operational insights.

Required Skills & Experience . Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting Exchange Server at the enterprise level. . Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting Office 365 services in an enterprise environment. . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Servers (2016/2019). . Hands-on experience with MDM technologies (e.g., Intune). . Working knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online administration. . Demonstrated experience with ITIL best practices in Incident, Change, and Problem Management. . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. . Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-team collaboration. . Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting is an asset. Requirements to perform function . Computer Science degree or technical diploma with relevant Experience. . Minimum 7 years of IT experience . With minimum 5 years of working in the capacity of Exchange/M365 administrator.
