As an Excel Trainer at IOTA Academy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences of our students. Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive Excel training programs to individuals at different skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of Excel functionalities, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts as part of a team. Responsibilities: - Delivering Excel training programs to individuals and groups, tailoring the content to meet diverse learner needs. - Designing and customizing training materials to ensure effectiveness. - Conducting assessments to evaluate the impact and success of training programs. - Keeping abreast of the latest Excel features and industry trends. - Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their learning journey. - Collaborating with the curriculum development team to enhance training materials. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Excel Trainer or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionalities and formulas. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. - Relevant certifications in Excel or related fields are preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. The job location is in person at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.,
