As a Client Support Associate at our Vadodara location, you will have the opportunity to be the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding product features, functionality, and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include responding to support requests through email tickets and phone calls, conducting live training sessions, and assisting with product reconfiguration when necessary. Additionally, you will coordinate the delivery of support services such as data migrations and system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience by maintaining proactive communication and problem-solving. You will work closely with Product, Development, and Onboarding teams to support continuous improvement in customer service delivery. Your ability to gather client feedback and share insights will help optimize our support processes and product offerings. To excel in this position, we expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with experience in a SaaS environment being highly preferred. You should be comfortable working Pacific Time Zone hours and have familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (experience with ZenDesk is a plus). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset with internal and external stakeholders are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should possess a high energy level, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of Excel fundamentals is required, and any accounting or audit knowledge would be a bonus.
