Job Description

Responsibilities: Presales Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose MuleSoft-based integration solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops for prospective clients. Prepare detailed solution proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimates. Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, API specifications, and solution blueprints. Work closely with architects and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project initiation and delivery. Present technical concepts in a business-friendly language to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Presales, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting roles. Minimum 3+ years of experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, integration, and management). Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, microservices architecture, and ESB concepts. Proven track record in customer-facing roles with the ability to present technical ideas. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
