Job Overview

We are hiring Freelance Invigilators to support examination activities on an as-needed basis. This role requires disciplined, presentable, and responsible individuals who can maintain examination integrity and ensure a smooth test environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor candidates during online examinations.
• Ensure strict compliance with exam rules and centre guidelines.
• Assist candidates with basic onboarding and exam seat allocation.
• Perform identity checks and manage candidate entry/exit.
• Provide clear instructions in English or Hindi when required.
• Report irregularities, technical issues, or misconduct immediately.
• Support basic administrative and operational tasks during exam days.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum age: 19 years.
• Must be well-groomed, polite, and professional in conduct and appearance.
• Must have basic computer knowledge (mouse/keyboard usage, login steps, basic troubleshooting).
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow operational instructions precisely.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and discipline are mandatory.

Compensation

• ₹300 – ₹600 per day, depending on exam duration and shift allocation.
