Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ex-Man Security Supervisor located in Panna. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, ensure adherence to security protocols, manage physical security measures, and provide oversight to security personnel. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, reporting incidents, and ensuring effective communication among the security team. The role also involves handling customer service requests and ensuring a secure environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
• Expertise in Physical Security and access control systems
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage security teams and response protocols
• Proven ability to handle emergency situations and incident reporting
• Experience in the security industry is preferred
• Relevant certification or training in security management is a plus
