Event Management Internship in Pune, Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic event management intern with a strong proficiency in English to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing a wide range of events, Fun filled socialising event to community gatherings. You will also have the chance to develop your community management skills and build strong relationships with clients.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• Work closely with the event management team to ensure all details are executed seamlessly.
• Engage with the community to promote upcoming events and increase attendance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create unique event experiences that align with our company's goals and values.
• Represent MS Enterprises at events and act as a professional and friendly ambassador for the brand.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall event management experience.
