About the job: Libration sets up Book Fairs in schools, which last from 3 to 7 days. There are also interactions at schools, for which authors and other guests are invited. Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure that all required material is arranged. 2. Coordinate with travel partner (porter/cab, etc.) 3. Ensure that all logistical requirements are in place at each venue. 4. Coordinate with suppliers for the material required at events. 5. Travel to schools within Delhi-NCR (we have a few schools in Jaipur and Rudrapur, also, though that travel can be optional).
