About the job: Libration sets up Book Fairs in schools, which last from 3 to 7 days. There are also interactions at schools, for which authors and other guests are invited. Key responsibilities: 1. Ensure that all required material is arranged. 2. Coordinate with travel partner (porter/cab, etc.) 3. Ensure that all logistical requirements are in place at each venue. 4. Coordinate with suppliers for the material required at events. 5. Travel to schools within Delhi-NCR (we have a few schools in Jaipur and Rudrapur, also, though that travel can be optional). Basic Understanding of one or more of the following will be added advantage (even at college/school level): a. Corporate events b. Litfests c. Book Fairs/sales d. Manufacturing/Printing of stationery and/or books 2. A candidate who loves reading books will get preference.
