Event Ideation Lead

Role Overview: You will be the Event Ideation Lead at Women Leadership Circle, responsible for bringing vision and creativity to all events hosted by the organization. Your role will involve conceptualizing, formatting, and elevating events to create impactful and memorable experiences that go beyond simply filling rooms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop event concepts in collaboration with the founder - Curate formats, themes, and speakers that align with the organization's mission - Design the narrative arc and experience of each event - Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless event delivery - Create event decks, moodboards, and run-of-shows - Ensure that every event reflects the tone and impact goals of WLC - Innovate with various event formats, including physical, digital, and hybrid approaches Qualifications Required: - You view events as opportunities for storytelling and enjoy creating meaningful experiences - You possess creative thinking skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive for execution - You are adept at balancing vision with logistics - You thrive on collaboration across different functions such as design, content, partnerships, and operations - You understand and appreciate the energy of women-led spaces and aim to enhance it Additional Details: This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the most significant aspect of WLC's work. You will have creative ownership with strategic alignment and the opportunity to develop event formats that have a lasting influence, foster connections, and leave a legacy. If you have experience in curation, community building, or purpose-driven events, a portfolio of past events, relationships with speakers/moderators/vendors, or a background in theatre/creative arts, it would be considered a bonus.
