Event Ideation Lead

The Event Ideation Lead position based in Mumbai (Hybrid) with Women Leadership Circle is looking for an experienced individual with 5-8 years of expertise in event strategy, experiential marketing, or creative production. As the Event Ideation Lead, you will be responsible for bringing vision and creativity to various events hosted by WLC, ranging from leadership retreats to community circles. Working closely with the founder, you will conceptualize, format, and enhance events that aim to shift mindsets, build connections, and resonate with the participants long after the event concludes. In this role, you will lead creative brainstorming sessions, curate themes and speakers aligning with the organization's mission, design the narrative arc and experience of each event, collaborate with operations and production teams for seamless execution, create event decks, moodboards, and run-of-shows, ensure consistency with the WLC's tone and impact goals, and innovate with different event formats including physical, digital, and hybrid. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who views events as storytelling opportunities, enjoys crafting impactful experiences, possesses creative thinking, attention to detail, and a drive for high execution. You should be comfortable balancing vision and logistics simultaneously, thrive in collaborative environments involving design, content, partnerships, and operations, and appreciate the energy of women-led spaces. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous for this role include experience in curation, community building, or purpose-driven events, a portfolio showcasing past events or creative productions, established relationships with speakers, moderators, or experiential vendors, and a background in theatre, performance, or creative arts for added depth in conceptualization.
