Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event Content Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by acquiring new clients for our specialized event content services. We don’t organize full events – we focus exclusively on content strategy, creative design, and content production for corporate events, conferences, and seminars.
If you have a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping brands deliver impactful event content, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, event organizers, agencies) who require content services for events.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored content solutions related to event presentations, speaker management, content design, and creative direction.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the content creation and design teams to deliver a seamless solution to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the event services, content solutions, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of corporate events, conferences, seminars, and event production processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to generating leads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals in parallel.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
