Event Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a smart, energetic, and driven Client Servicing to manage client relationships, coordinate project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to handle clients confidently and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams
Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure timely project deliveryMaintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionAddress client queries and resolve issues with a solutions-first approach

• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports

Manage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings to existing clients. Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure Energetic, smart, and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• A team player with strong organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in media, advertising, or event production is a plus What We Offer:

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
