Role Overview: As an EV Town Executive/ TSM for 2W/EV - OEM, your main focus will be on improving the productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) and outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE). Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of Customer Care Executives and competency building within the team. It is crucial for you to adhere to Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) and Post Sales Feedback (PSF) processes, while also maintaining high levels of process and standard adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Improve productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) and outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE) - Ensure availability of Customer Care Executives & competency building - Adhere to Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post Sales Feedback (PSF) - Maintain process & standard adherence Qualifications Required: - Candidates with experience in 2W dealership/Agency are preferred.
