Good assistance. I had my vehicle battery dead the came in 30min and jump start the vehicle. Very helpful service with in time short time span.

It was good support. The person who attended first time was very good. But once after call disconnected accidentally the second time attended person was not good. Without saying anything put the call on hold

Skoda RSA was quick to attend to my request in Kerela. However, the local towing service took more than 4 hours to reach the incident spot. But the car was finally towed away in a very professional manner to the nearest Skoda Service center.
