Supervise daily operations of WTP/STP/ETP units.
Monitor performance of pumps, blowers, aeration systems, filters & chemical dosing. Plan and coordinate preventive & breakdown maintenance with technicians/fitters. Ensure water quality parameters meet required standards. Maintain daily logs, reports, chemical consumption & shift records. Ensure all safety procedures, PPE usage, and housekeeping are followed. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and management for plant issues. Train operators and support staff.
