Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute

  ETL test plans

  , test cases, and test scripts for data migration and transformation projects.
• Perform

  data validation

  ,

  data integrity

  , and

  data quality checks

  on data extracted from various sources and loaded into data warehouses.
• Validate

  ETL mappings

  ,

  workflows

  , and

  sessions

  created using tools like

  Informatica

  ,

  Talend

  , or

  SSIS

  .
• Write and execute

  SQL queries

  for backend testing, source-to-target data validation, and data profiling.
• Work closely with ETL developers, data architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data issues and provide detailed defect documentation.
• Participate in

  agile/scrum

  ceremonies and support continuous improvement in the QA process.
• Collaborate with the QA lead and project teams to ensure timely delivery of test deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in

  ETL Testing

  and

  Data Warehousing

  projects.
• Proficient in writing complex

  SQL queries

  for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of

  ETL processes

  , data flows, and

  data transformation logic

  .
• Experience with at least one ETL tool (e.g.,

  Informatica

  SSIS

  ).
• Hands-on experience with databases like
