ETL Test Engineer

As an ETL Test Engineer at Wipro, you will be responsible for QA activities with 5-8 years of Testing Analyst experience. You should have a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix, Agile concepts, testing principles, and JIRA. A methodical approach to testing and problem-solving is essential, along with theoretical and analytical skills. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and understanding of how Quality Assurance methodology integrates into the SDLC are required. You should have knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages, database tools, defect tracking systems, change management, and automated regression testing tools. Experience in testing trading platforms or similar software is preferred, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, along with a proactive attitude to seek opportunities to add value. Specific software languages may vary based on the area of business. Mandatory skills for this role include ETL Testing with 3-5 years of experience.
