As an ETL Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience, your role at Kiya.AI in Hyderabad will involve supporting enterprise data integration initiatives. You should have robust expertise in IBM DataStage (InfoSphere Suite) and hands-on experience in ETL design, development, and data transformation using relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage (InfoSphere Suite). - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems. - Develop and optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and data integrity. - Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for data modeling, queries, and performance tuning. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions. - Troubleshoot data issues, job failures, and performance bottlenecks. - Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities. - Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in IBM DataStage (InfoSphere Suite). - Proficiency in ETL Design and Development. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong SQL and data transformation skills. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
