### Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled *Senior SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Developer* with over 7 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying complex ETL solutions using SSIS and will play a crucial role in data integration, transformation, and migration projects across the organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and optimize complex SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Analyze source systems and requirements to develop robust data integration solutions.

- Optimize performance of existing SSIS packages and troubleshoot ETL issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and database administrators to deliver high-quality business intelligence and analytics solutions.

- Implement best practices for ETL process design, error handling, and logging.

- Maintain data integrity and security during migrations, transfers, and transformation processes.

- Support and enhance data warehousing environments using SSIS, SQL Server, and related technologies.

- Create documentation for workflows, data mappings, and processes.

- Mentor junior SSIS developers and conduct code reviews.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- *7+ years* of experience in SSIS development and ETL processes.

- Extensive experience with SQL Server (2016 and above), T-SQL, and database performance tuning.

- Strong proficiency in designing, deploying, scheduling, and monitoring SSIS packages.

- Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and dimensional modeling.

- Hands-on experience with debugging, performance optimization, and advanced package development (including parameters, variables, expressions, and containers).

- Experience in source control integration (e.g., Git, TFS) in ETL projects.

- Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools such as SSRS and SSAS is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

### Preferred Skills

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, etc.).

- Knowledge of microstrategy or similar BI visualization tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Prior experience in banking, finance, healthcare, or large-scale data migration projects.
