ETL Consultant

As an ETL cum BI Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to maintain, optimize, and enhance our reporting infrastructure. You will focus on dashboard upkeep, data flow management, and enabling new analytical capabilities across multiple regions and business units. Your role is crucial in ensuring high data accuracy, reliability, and availability for recurring reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, optimize, and enhance the reporting infrastructure - Manage dashboard upkeep and data flow - Enable new analytical capabilities across multiple regions and business units - Ensure high data accuracy, reliability, and availability for recurring reporting requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field - 3-6 years of experience in BI development, ETL, or data analytics roles - Proven expertise in Tableau including dashboard design, data source management, and performance optimization - Proficiency in Databricks, SQL, and data transformation for reporting and analytics - Understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices such as star/snowflake schema and data lineage - Experience in managing data pipelines from external sources like SurveyMonkey or similar survey platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously This role offers you the opportunity to utilize your expertise in Tableau and Databricks to make a significant impact on our reporting infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
