Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Case Support Executive - Immigration to join our growing operations team. In this remote, entry-level role, you will assist licensed Immigration Consultants with case documentation, client communication, and backend coordination. Client Communication & Support Liaise with clients and immigration reps to collect documents and share updates. Provide support via email and WhatsApp during the submission process.
