Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Case Support Executive - Immigration to join our growing operations team. In this remote, entry-level role, you will assist licensed Immigration Consultants with case documentation, client communication, and backend coordination. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, process-driven, and eager to build a career in the immigration services industry. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant case processing while working within established SOPs and using tools like Zoho CRM.

- Note for India-based Applicants:This is a remote position but requires working in Toronto time zone (EST/EDT), which is night shift in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Case File Management

  • Review client documents for accuracy and completeness as per IRCC/provincial guidelines.
  • Prepare and organize case files for various immigration applications.
  • Draft and format letters, checklists, and forms as directed.
  • Monitor document expiry dates and follow up for renewals.

Client Communication & Support

  • Liaise with clients and immigration reps to collect documents and share updates.
  • Provide support via email and WhatsApp during the submission process.
  • Maintain records in Zoho CRM and update internal trackers and folders.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and set reminders.
  • Conduct file checks to ensure SOP and immigration compliance.

Support to Immigration Consultant

  • Assist in completing immigration forms (e.g., IMM series, PNP forms).
  • Perform basic research on program-specific requirements and document standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, tech) for seamless client service.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Laptop with reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Freshers with strong communication and tech skills are encouraged to apply.

Tools & Technology:

  • Zoho CRM (Primary Operating Platform – must be comfortable working in it daily)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
  • Adobe PDF Tools
  • Immigration Portals (IRCC, PNP platforms, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
