Job Description

Prepare
detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis
for interior projects (commercial, corporate, residential, retail).
Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess the scope of work.
Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations for pricing accuracy.
Draft and submit
technical & commercial bids
as per client requirements.
Work closely with design and project teams for material selection and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with suppliers for updated material rates and negotiate for best pricing.
Maintain records of tenders submitted, pricing history, and awarded projects.
Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in
corporate office interiors, retail fit-outs
.
Knowledge of local market rates, taxation (GST), and regulatory compliances.
Experience working with architects, PMCs, and large corporate clients.
