Estimation Engineer (interior commercial)

We are hiring for one of our client a commercial interior company based from Mumbai.

JOB TITLE-

EXPERIENCE

Prepare estimation for interior fit-out projects.
Develop bills of quantities.Evaluate and adjudicate contractor's claims (measurement).Handle estimating and cost control.Manage the full tender process.Interpret specifications, price tenders, and prepare contract documents.Review drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.Supervise and interpret third-party surveys.Verify subcontractor claims and Quantity Surveyor's calculations regarding site progress and materials.Manage and supervise the Tender / Quantity Surveyor Department, including workload planning and programming.Maintain supplier/subcontractor database and continuously identify new companies for pre-qualification.Develop bid cost estimates within specified deadlines.Manage the bid calendar to ensure compliance with commitments.Review and comment on technical and commercial specifications.Prepare material take-offs for purchasing to obtain market pricing.Coordinate with the Production department.Establish and periodically review Estimating Policies and Procedures.Ensure retention of bid documents/technical specifications as per company policy.Work with sales to prioritize and review the Bid Calendar for timely bid submissions.
