Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. Analyze architectural and structural drawings. Conduct rate analysis and quantity take-offs. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing. Maintain estimation records and support the bidding process. Requirements: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 23 years of relevant experience in building project estimation. Strong skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools. Good understanding of construction materials and techniques. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
