Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Vivart Design Studio is a multi disciplinary design and project management firm with core values on environmental friendly and energy efficient green buildings.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Study the scope of work for a project by studying drawings.
• Prepare a list of all required items of the estimation purpose.
• Coordinate with other team members (architect/ interior designers/ MEPF consultants for estimate preparation)
• Work out estimates based on Government Schedule of Rates and CPWD's Delhi Schedule of Rates as well as market rates.
• Get accurate market rates from various vendors.
• Prepare Tender document along with project specifications.
• Evaluate Tender documents.
• Visit site occasionally and verify contractor's work and bills.

Expertise required in:

• Excel (with formula).
• IS code reference.
• Basic usage of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge about construction materials and interior design materials.

Experience preferred:

• At least 2 year in estimation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
