Role Overview: At Infoblox, you have the opportunity to join as an Escalation Enterprise TSE in the Support Operations team based in Bangalore/Trivandrum. Reporting to the manager of Technical Support, your role involves providing technical assistance to customers by responding to inquiries through various channels, diagnosing and analyzing problems, and offering solutions. The Infoblox environment covers networking technologies like DNS, DHCP, security, and cloud. You will receive comprehensive training on protocols and products, along with continuous education programs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to Infoblox customers and partners - Take ownership of customer issues and ensure problems are resolved - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to customer problems - Offer prompt and accurate feedback to customers - Document knowledge through tech notes and articles - Recommend enhancements and defect repairs for application and system functionality - Utilize intuition and innovation to provide solutions and workarounds - Install and configure Infoblox products and third-party software for support lab testing - Support a 24x7x365 organization through rotational shifts and on-call responsibilities Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in remote technical support, systems administration, or network administration preferred - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols - Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, and related protocols and technologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with Microsoft/Linux operating systems is advantageous - Working knowledge of L2, L3 devices - Strong customer service, analytical, and organizational skills - Self-starter and team player capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Additional Company Details: Infoblox is recognized for its extraordinary empowerment of employees and world-class technology solutions.
