Required Technical and Professional Experience: 6+ Years of experience with integration protocols such as MQ, File, SOAP, HTTP, TCPIP, and REST, supported by IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE). Proficient in creating message flows using different nodes within IIB/ACE. Experience in developing SOAP web services and REST APIs in the IIB/ACE environment. Hands-on experience with ACE/IIB toolkit and GUI, as well as DataPower GUI for configurations and monitoring. Expertise in implementing security measures, installing certificates, and configuring databases using IIB in Unix/Linux environments. Proficiency with IBM MQ for messaging and integration tasks. Proven knowledge and experience with Kafka Confluent and API building. Strong understanding of Kafka Architecture, including producers, consumers, topics, and partitions. Experience in Data Router configurations and working with KSQL for real-time data streaming and analytics. Hands-on experience in a Kafka-based platform or environment for data streaming and integration. Solid understanding of modern DevOps tools and engineering practices. Experience working in cross-functional teams in a collaborative, agile environment. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting for automation tasks. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: Certification in one or more hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Hands-on experience with cloud-native integration patterns and technologies. Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Advanced knowledge of secure messaging protocols and best practices in enterprise environments. Experience with monitoring tools and managing performance issues for ESB/Kafka systems. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
