ERPNext Frappe Developer

Navtech is seeking an ERPNext Python Developer with expertise in the Frappe Framework to join their team. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ERPNext applications to align with business requirements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will enhance existing modules, integrate third-party applications, and ensure the seamless performance of ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and customizing ERPNext modules based on business requirements, writing clean and scalable Python code using the Frappe Framework, and designing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems. You will also be optimizing database structures and queries for efficient performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ERPNext ecosystem, and working with stakeholders to understand business processes for implementing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will develop custom scripts, reports, and print formats as necessary, conduct software testing, code reviews, and version control management, and stay updated with ERPNext and Frappe Framework best practices and updates. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proficiency in Python and experience with the Frappe Framework. A strong understanding of ERPNext and its various modules is necessary, along with experience in MariaDB/MySQL and database optimization. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (such as Vue.js, React, or similar) is beneficial. Experience with RESTful API development, third-party integrations, Git, and version control workflows is desired. You should possess the ability to write efficient, reusable, and modular code, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, along with education in English medium, is required.
